5b. SMS / Text Messaging Consent (TCPA)
When you provide your phone number on a booking or contact form, you consent to receive call or SMS text replies from Big Joe's Tacos & Catering regarding your inquiry, quote, scheduling, and event coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. We do not use your phone number for marketing campaigns or share it with marketing partners.
To opt out of further messages at any time, reply STOP to any text from us, or contact BigJoesTacos@Gmail.Com. For help, reply HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Cookies and Tracking
This App uses local device storage (AsyncStorage) to remember your session preferences, such as dark mode settings, on your own device. This data never leaves your device.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral advertising trackers of any kind.
7. Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the following rights:
