Our setup is simple. We require a 10×10 ft flat surface area for our IronFlatTop Grill — that's all. Our team arrives fully equipped with everything from cooking gear to serving supplies. Just provide the space and we take care of every detail, from arrival to cleanup.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and holidays. For larger events — like weddings and corporate gatherings throughout Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Goleta — reaching out 2–3 months ahead is ideal. Dates fill up fast, so we always encourage clients to reach out early. That said, don't hesitate to contact us even for last-minute requests — we'll always do our best to make it work.

We fully prepare your food and deliver it to your location — packaged, ready to serve, and complete with warming trays and serving utensils. No on-site staff required. It's the ideal low-maintenance catering solution.
