You may not, without our prior written consent:

•
Use our logo, business name, or trade dress in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship

•

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown)
Big Joe's Tacos & Catering respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material available on or through our App infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Required Information
To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

5. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the removed material and its prior location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; (d) your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction in the U.S. federal district court for Santa Barbara County, California; and (e) a statement that you will accept service from the original complainant.
6. Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
7. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
